Penmillard Farm has hosted a series of small training days this season with positive feedback from those attending. A father of an 11 year old girl who attended commented that he was far more at ease with his daughter training over a JumpCross course, compared to training over solid obstacles. It was noted that both the daughter and her pony were also much calmer than during previous ‘traditional’ cross-country experiences. The course design and layout has received much praise from experienced riders with supportive comments regarding the friendly atmosphere and instruction. Penmillard Farm are hoping to hold some of their training days on Saturdays during the 2006 season in order to make JumpCross accessible for those who compete on Sundays.
