Grange Farm JumpCross league 2007 - the final placings
It was a close finish to decide the Grange Farm JumpCross league winners for 2007INTRO league
After the first three competitions of 2007 it was pretty tight on points with any of the top five still in with a chance of winning the league. A few regulars at this level were unable to compete for various reasons or some had moved up to Group 3 as the season progressed. The final placings were influenced by the days competition. Teresa Stoner’s win in the INTRO competition meant she won the league. Rachel Maciag moved up two places to take second. Constance Copestake and Smokey Joe who sadly couldn’t compete this time had to settle for third place.
Group 3 Senior
The top three placings in this league remained unchanged after the competition on the 20 th October. Stephanie Caswell and Conker despite only claiming one point to add to their total took first place. Sally Wagstaff and Gulliver were second and Stephie Reynolds and Ringwood Abi took third
Group 3 Junior
This group was the tightest on points and it was definitely going to be influenced by the final placings at the last competition. Winning by one point was Madison Colbert riding Firefox, just pipped into second place was Oliver Meikle on Foxy. In third was Catriona Paterson and Meres Just-a-Mo.
Group 2 Senior
The top spot in this league was already decided after the last competition. Sally Wagstaff and Gulliver have dominated this Group all season and couldn’t be beaten. However, it was all very close to decide the next placings. Joint second went to Jo Naylor with Leo and Emily Lumb riding Rorie. Alan Thompson and Sorts were third.
