A good competition at Brechin Castle Equestrian

It was a beautiful day for the JumpCross competition at Brechin Castle on Saturday 14th October. Around 50 competitors took on Ian Christie’s JumpCross course. The course asked plenty of questions for both horse and rider. Careful, controlled, balanced riding was required if the fences were to stay up. All the competitors had a great day starting with the 2’0 junior group and finishing the day with the senior 2’9 group. It was good to see some new JumpCross competitors as well as the regular competitors at Brechin.

The team at Brechin plan to continue with JumpCross training through the winter and have already planned a couple of training dates; Saturday 10th November and Saturday 1st December.
